Brett went above and beyond to make my home-buying experience as efficient as possible. We met to discuss my budget and what I was looking for, and by the next day he had lined up a few homes to look at. He was always available to look at houses I was interested in, and did his research on those homes to answer any questions I might have while touring. Throughout the process, he was always on the lookout for me, often going and looking into homes on my behalf while I was busy. When I found my home, he did a great job walking me through the offer/counter-offer negotiations, and helped me get great value out of my home in a time where everybody seemed to be paying $20-$40k over ask. I couldn’t recommend Brett enough!
