I can't say enough good things about Megan Deeds at Caple and Company! My husband and I worked with Megan to sell our house in East Dallas earlier this year, and she made the entire process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. She knows the DFW market like the back of her hand and comes to the table both a wealth of knowledge PLUS a stellar personality. You really couldn't ask for more in a Realtor.
My family worked with Zach Sutton to sell and purchase a new home. He is a phenomenal resource, beyond personable and is incredibly knowledgeable about DFW! His honesty about the market, new and upcoming neighborhoods and connections throughout the area have made this process so smooth. I know the realtors of Caple & Co. are the best that DFW has to offer, but if I could recommend anyone to with, we wouldn’t trade Zach for anything! If you’re looking for a professional, yet personal touch to your buying/selling process- look no further! You’ve found your company!
Melanie Caple was very professional and resourceful when it came to my apartment search! I'm originally from DFW but have been away for school and training and moved back to the Dallas area. She provided a link with a variety of properties and photos for each place. This made life easier to make a selection for someone indecisive like me. I highly recommend Caple and Company!
I’m a frequent flyer with Caple & Co. because Melanie and her team only offer the friendliest and top notch service! Melanie has helped me each time I’ve moved (which is a lot); from understanding my wants/needs and walking me through each step of the way, she’s the best and I highly recommend her highly qualified team.
Caple & Co helped us buy a house in New Orleans. Melanie and her team were super helpful. I don't think anything can make the home buying process totally painless, but they always had an upbeat, optimistic attitude, and it was great to work with them. They helped keep everything moving in the right direction and gave us great advice along the way. This was our second home purchase, and this one was significantly more complicated than the first - including the fact that it happened right in the middle (hopefully middle) of the pandemic when there were super strict rules about touring homes.
I would recommend Melanie to anyone buying a home in the downtown/Cedars/uptown area (where we were primarily looking) but based on our conversations, I think her knowledge of the Dallas market generally is pretty expansive.
