Paige is very knowledgeable, thorough, and was able to guide us through the process seamlessly, all while making sure that we were staying within our budget and checking all of our boxes in terms of the house we were looking for. She was also able to effectively help us negotiate our offer, contract and repairs, and provided very helpful recommendations throughout the process. Paige was also incredibly responsive to all of our texts and emails at all hours of the day/week, which we really appreciated, since our offer to closing process happened so quickly! Paige Burrows is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! My wife and I purchased our first home in November of last year and it couldn’t have been a better experience. I don’t usually write reviews online; but for this I had to. Braxton was our realtor with Caple & Company and gave us one of the best experiences ever. We were looking for a place to lease and had a month and a half to do so or face a life on the streets! We had never used a realtor before and decided to look online and found Caple & Company. We connected with Braxton and our search began. Now let me tell you, if you didn’t have the pleasure of looking for a place to rent in 2022. The Market was crazy. You’d look online 2 hours after a new property was posted and would see 15+ Applications. It was a madhouse. But we had Braxton. Throughout the whole experience of looking for places, he was there with a smile on his face, a friendly attitude, and a confidence that he would find us a place to live. He must have spent god knows how much on gas traveling to meet us at the multitude of places we would tour and apply for; and every time with that same confidence that we would find a place. Three weeks later and we had signed our new lease. Now the best thing about this experience is we never felt like we had to settle for a place we didn’t like to ensure we had a place to live. If we toured a place and we didn’t like it, that was fine, we could tour another place until we found one we liked. The minute we did find a place we liked we would message Braxton and off he would go researching the details and get our applications out as soon as possible. It felt like Braxton was the one finding a place for himself to live; he would make sure that it was a place we wanted to live in and once he knew it was he would get to work. Thank you Braxton, for all of your help. If we had to do it again, we wouldn’t change a thing. You are a lifesaver.
