Braxton’s incredible patience working with us did not go unnoticed. We had constant changes of what we were looking for, but Braxton was determined to find us a home. Prior to meeting Braxton, other Realtors made us feel rushed while seeing houses, and real estate lingo was not explained. But Braxton always knew his information well. If for any reason he did not know the answer, he would answer us honestly and say “I will find out”, and he would come back to us with an answer. This trait may sound minor, but in my opinion, it is of great importance. This is a reflection of a person who will go above and beyond. Who wouldn’t want a Realtor like that!?
What I loved most about working with Megan was her calm, relaxed, easy going style. So much chaos naturally occurs when buying or selling a house, but Megan never was ruffled, stressed, and always remained positive and optimistic. I asked her numerous times if I should worry about some random detail that seemed ominous and her answer was always the same. Nope. I got it. And she always did. These seemingly big issues always turned out to be nothing, as she predicted. Her experience matched with that positive attitude, made the selling process incredibly easy and relatively stress-free.
